Moomin, eller Sebastian Genz som han egentligen heter, är ett av de senaste fynden som Trunkfunk fiskat upp ur det berlinska klubbhavet. På fredag gästar han klubbens fyraårskalas på Yaki-Da, så vi slängde iväg ett par snabba frågor!

Hi Sebastian! How are you?– Hi Maria, I am good, thanks for asking 🙂Have you always been into music?– I started buying records in 1992–93, and I spent all my pocket money on it. Also at that time, I started listening to hip-hop. And through hip-hop I got to dj:ing, around 1995–96.How come you started creating your own beats?– My first step into making music was at the end of the 90s with a DOS program named FastTracker, and I used Cubase a bit as well. So I didn’t really take it that seriously until recently.Besides Moomin, what artist should we make sure to check out right now?– I really dig everything from Wun Two & Flo Filz.This Friday you'll visit Yaki-Da's absinth bar for a set – what can we expect there?– A cosy place and nice records.Sounds great!
