Hi Chinx! What are you up to right now?

– Just chilling, working and enjoying Sweden, of course. I’m about to buy a crib out here.

You're coming to Gothenburg on Wednesday, what can we expect from your gig?

– A dope performance, a lot of energy. I'm ready to see if Gothenburg is ready to turn up!

How come you're a part of the Coke Boys crew?

– That’s like asking someone why are they a part of their family.

You've collaborated with so many great rappers, is there anyone you still dream of working with?

– I really want to collaborate with Adele, her music is dope. Somebody has to make that happen!

If you got full political power for one day, what's the first thing you'd change?

– If I had political power for one day… Hmmm… There wouldn't be a lower class, I would make everybody equal.

You used to be called Chinx Drugz, why did you decide to drop the Drugz part?

– The name Chinx Drugz doesn't sell worldwide. I'm about to take over every market, I want my music on shelves everywhere.

What in your life has had the absolute biggest impact on your music?

– To be honest going to prison.

You've released loads of mixtapes, but when's your album dropping?

– Working on the album right now, so there's no real date. But in the meantime I'm getting ready to drop my next single.

Earlier this year you talked about deciding on what labels to work with, and that it's important for you to remain in control of your music. What's your best tip for someone who's just started out in the music industry?

– Just stay true to yourself. Don't let no one stop you. Go out in the industry and get what's yours, and build good relationships.
