cohabitation, watch out!! ahh but it can be nice. my girlfriend just got a new house and I got to move out of my shithole "art studio" (right next to train tracks, no windows, etc) ... and I can say that it's profoundly awesome not having to think about rent. I'm up all night taking pictures and developing film, fun stuff.
